He went on to work in IT, for York International/Johnson Controls and UPS. In 2008, Scott transitioned into business ownership and entrepreneurship, earning his Barber License. and taking a leadership role in his family's long-standing barbershop business. His dedication and work ethic led him to become a business partner and, ultimately, the sole owner of the shop and its real estate.
Scott's journey into real estate began with his own investment properties, where he developed a passion for buying, selling, and managing homes. With years of experience in customer service, business ownership, and negotiations, transitioning to a full-time real estate career became the natural next step. Scott has dedicated himself to serving buyers, sellers, and investors as a Licensed Pennsylvania Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices HomeSale Realty, working alongside The Sold Team of York, under the leadership of Kim Moyer.
When he's not helping clients navigate the market, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelli, and their two sons. The family stays active in the Windsor Township Recreational Baseball League, where Scott is involved in coaching and supporting youth sports. They enjoy traveling to Ocean City, MD and Ocean Lakes, South Carolina.
